Jet Life: German Holiday

October 15, 2012

By Katrice

In just over a month, I'll be making my first trip to Germany by way of Frankfurt. EXCITING NEWS !! for me, considering that I've recently become completely enthralled with World War II and the war-torn country's recovery. My best friend has been to Germany and it remains one of her favorite places to travel, so I've made a mental note of all that she loves about the culture and atmosphere. I've also been scouring travel text about what to expect — food, weather and streetscape.

I'll be making stops in Regensburg and Nuremberg, and I'm especially excited about visiting the Christmas Markets of Bavaria while there. I'd love to hear from you about where to go and what to see, and what to pack. I hear it will be extra chilly when I'm there.
